Kia ora, I'm Te.
I have spent the last 6 years building fences across the Gold Coast, on everything from new estate boundaries to tight backyard repairs. Tū Meke Fencing Co. is my own business, which means every fence carries my name.
You will deal with me from the first phone call to the last post. I quote honestly, turn up when I say I will, and I do not leave a job until it is right.

Every fence line is strung and measured before a hole is dug, so it runs true to the boundary.
Posts that stay put
Posts are set to depth in concrete and checked plumb. That is what keeps a fence standing straight.
Checked as it goes
Rails and panels are levelled along the way, and steps on sloping ground are kept even.
Finished properly
Hardware tightened, gates adjusted to swing and latch, and the site cleaned up.

How much does a new fence cost?
It depends on the length, the material, the height and the ground. Send a few photos and a rough length and we will come back with a clear written quote, usually within a day.
Can you quote from photos?
Most of the time, yes. A wide photo of the whole fence line, a close up of anything damaged and a rough measurement is usually enough. Larger or more complex jobs get a site visit.
Do you remove the old fence?
Yes. Removal and disposal of the old fence can be included in your quote.
Which areas do you cover?
The whole Gold Coast, from Coolangatta in the south to Pimpama in the north and out towards the hinterland. If you are just outside that, ask anyway.
Who will actually build my fence?
Te, the owner. You deal with the same person from the quote through to the finished job.
